Cala Moraig to Cala Llebeig coastal walk
This beautiful Costa Blanca walk from Cala Moraig (Cumbre del Sol beach) to Cala de Llebeig (smugglers’ cove) takes about an hour and enjoys the spectacular scenery and views of the Javea/Benitachell coastline. This really is one of the most amazing Javea walks not to be missed by walking enthusiasts on a holiday to Javea.

This Javea walk is of moderate levels and can be enjoyed by most people. It passes many caves, including Cova ti Toni el Senyalat, Cova de pepet del Morret, Cova del ti Domingo l'Álbiar, Cova dells Arcs and Cova de les Morasses, where in days gone by smugglers hid their bounty, such as tobacco and silks from faraway lands.

So, when you’re renting one of our holiday properties in Javea or Benitachell, get up early to avoid the midday sun, pack your picnic, put on the sun cream and off you go! As you explore and take this beautiful Benitachell walk you’ll enjoy the stunning Javea scenery and flora, such as carob, fig and olive trees, rosemary, thyme and lavender and the shady pine trees famous in this area. When you arrive at Cala de Llebeig you can spend the day relaxing on the beach and return home to your Spanish villa when the mood takes you.
