This beautiful, stylish and perfectly maintained villa with larger than average private (12 m x 6 m) swimming pool with fabulous outside space, dining and lazing area is located just 5 minutes drive from the beautiful coastal resort of Javea (the villa is located in the Pinamar area). The Arenal can be reached in 5 minutes by car, around a 20 minutes walk.

This villa is the home of the owners who live in the villa for much of the year. They rent their home in the height of the summer, allowing some very lucky guests to enjoy their fantastic home for an amazing family holiday.

This very spacious villa is around 290 square metre in size and sits in a 1000 square metre flat plot. It consists of 4 really good sized bedroom all with air conditioning and ceiling fans. It has two bedrooms both with en suites, plus a further family bathroom to be shared by the two lower floor bedrooms. One of these bedrooms is a twin and the other a large bedroom with king size bed. There is a further wc close to the entrance.

Bedroom 1 -
On entering the villa there is a spacious and elegant staircase. Stairs lead to the upper floor where you will find the master bedroom c/w with en suite and dressing area. The bedroom is spacious, light and modern. It has a king size bed, ample storage in the dressing area. There are two sets of patio doors with Juliet balconies over looking the side of the villa. There is a further set of patio doors leading to a larger terrace over looking the pool area. The bedroom benefits from air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

The en suite bathroom has a bath with over head shower, a separate shower cubicle, double vanity unit with large mirror and of course the wc. It is light, modern and spotlessly clean.

Bedroom 2 -
On the ground floor level there is a further master bedroom again with air conditioning and ceiling fan. There are patio doors leading to pool area and again a king sized bed. The room is light, modern and again has lots of storage. It also has a flat screen TV too.

This bedroom has its own en suite with large walk in shower, double vanity with mirrors and wc. The en suite is modern and light.

Bedroom 3 & 4 -
Taking the staircase down from the hall there are a further two more bedrooms and bathroom. There is a spacious bedroom with king sized bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan. This is a large but cosy looking room, it has a flat screen TV and ample storage.

The twin room again is a large room with air conditioning plus ceiling fan.

Both these bedrooms share a further family shower room with shower cubicle, wc and vanity unit.

On this level there is a utility room with washing machine, a further fridge freezer for extra storage, vacuum cleaner and ironing facilities. There is also access to the pool area from this level.

Going back to the ground floor you will find a spacious, stylish, modern and comfortable open plan living room and kitchen. The comfortable living room it is light and modern, with beautiful Tosca stone features, two patio doors leading to Juliet balconies.
There are further patio doors leading to the fully enclosed naya.
The living room benefits from air conditioning, there is a 55 inch flat screen TV. The entertainment consists of sports channels, box sets, sky movies and catch up. The villa benefits from the all important 35mb wifi.

The kitchen is again spacious, modern and fully fitted with everything you could possibly need for a fabulous holiday. It consists of a fully fitted oven and microwave, hob, extractor fan, fully inter-grated dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is lots of prep space and storage. It is very well equipped with toaster, kettle, coffee machine and blender, all the equipment you would require.
There is a large breakfast bar c/w seating.

Patio doors from the kitchen lead to the fully enclosed naya. Again there are Tosca features. There is further dining and seating in this room and another flat screen TV all over looking the pool and the al fresco dining at the side of the villa.

This villa has amazing views of the surrounding countryside towards Benitachell and Gata. The villa is in a larger 1000 square metre plot, fully enclosed with electric gates and parking for several cars.

As with the villa the owners have spared no expense on the beautiful al fresco dining area, seating 8 people. There is even an electric awning making dining in full sun easy as you can simply press a button and the awning moves over the table, protecting you from the sun shine, once finished simply press a button back it goes.
The views from the dining area are superb and it is very private.
There is a large gas BBQ for guests to enjoy using.

Down a couple of steps and you are at the fabulous pool area. The pool is larger than most measuring 12 m x 6 m. It is surrounded by terracing and 8 sun loungers and pool towels are provided. The pool area is south facing and so has all day sunshine.

There is a stunning waterfall to the pool, however this will not be used by guests as the equipment is in the pool room. Access to the pool room is for the pool guy only due to the amount of equipment in there.

As I mentioned there has been no expense spared and the owners have had a fabulous pergola built over a stunning seating area. Offering a great place to relax in the shade of the sun or simply to enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple in the evening over looking the stunning flood lit pool.

Everything about this villa shows quality and no expense has been spared by the owners. This is their home much of the year. They offer it for rent at peak time, so guests benefit from the fact that the villa is the owners home, which is quite clearly visible from the quality of everything inside and outside of this stunning villa.

This property is spacious, elegant and stunning, the quality of the fixtures and furniture will offer guests an amazing home from home experience, with sunshine.

The villa has been rented for two years, however we are the new property managers. We want to assure you that you will find the villa spotlessly clean. The quality linen will be professionally laundered, so you know you are arriving to a villa where you can simply kick off your shoes and start enjoying a fantastic holiday.
