Full Payment is required if there is less than 10 weeks to your departure including the breakage deposit of £200.

Breakage Deposit: We request that all clients lodge a breakage deposit with us at the time of final payment. This will be held for the duration of the letting period and returned to you upon receipt of the villa or apartment keys. We also reserve the right to withhold the breakage deposit if any major damage has occured. The party leader on behalf of all guests accepts our terms and conditions as indicated on on this website.
