Full Payment is required if there is less than 10 weeks to your departure including the breakage deposit of £200.
Breakage Deposit: Your breakage deposit will be required 2 weeks before arrival. But for your convenience you can send with your full payment if you wish.This will be held for the duration of the letting period and returned to you upon receipt of the villa or apartment keys.
