Vista Mar - This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is just 2 kilometres from the popular cosmopolitan, coastal resort of Denia. Denia is a popular resort due to its beautiful sandy beaches, beach side walk along Las Rotas, popular with locals. The fabulous new Denia marina with its beautiful yachts bobbing about on the med, and a selection of modern and stylish restaurants to tempt all pallets or just the perfect place to enjoy a drink while admiring the yachts. Then there is the Marques de Campo, the tree lined street in the centre of the town offering many pavement cafes and restaurants. There are lots of restaurants to discover in the little narrow street of Denia, most offering excellent value food. The old castle lit at night over looks the whole of Denia all within 2 kilometres of the villa, so for many within walking distance. The villa itself has fantastic views towards the sea, which is just 1 mile away as the crow flies. Many hours will be spent staring out to sea watching the sailing boats and yachts floating by.

The villa is in an elevated position hence the fantastic views and there are some steps to the villa and around the garden area. However the villa itself is all on one level. The villa consists of a spacious. light and airy lounge with ample comfortable seating, with all the windows taking advantage of the spectacular view. One section of the lounge has been designated “the lounge bar” with individual seats where you can sit each evening and enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple after a long hard day by the pool. The spacious and comfortable lounge has ample seating, TV with some UK channels i.e ITV, channel 4, channel 4+1, channel 5, Five-USA BBC red button sports schedule but no other red button services. DVD player and hifi for you to use.

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin rooms. The double bedroom is on the front of the villa therefore enjoying the wonderful sea view. One twin room is over looking the garden at the back of the villa and the other twin room has views of the terrace and pool area at the side of the villa c/w with patio doors leading to the terrace area. All the bedrooms are light, airy with ample storage space, are modern and installed with air con and ceiling fans, all windows have fly screens and some have the ornate spanish rejas on the windows. There is one modern and light shower room with larger than average shower cubicle, toilet and sink and a further family bathroom, again which is modern has bath with over head shower, toilet, sink and storage for toiletries. Both bathrooms have been fully modernised in the last couple of years. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.

There is plenty of out door space on which to soak up the sun and 6 new comfortable sun loungers are provided, along with parasols if you wish to relax but not in full sun light. There is also an outdoor shower. A further area for al fresco dining and a table and 6 chairs are provided c/w charcoal BBQ, above the sun lounging area and pool, therefore taking full advantage of the view while dining outdoors. The sun loungers and al fresco dining are both situated above the pool area, so the kids can enjoy the pool while you relax on a lounger just above, far enough away to keep a watchful eye but also able to relax without being “splashed”. All areas of the garden offer fabulous sea views and the villa is situated in a peaceful location.

This lovely villa has much to offer and its position close to Denia itself means you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of your own villa and pool by day, but in the evenings if you so wish its not far to walk into Denia and taxi back at the end of the evening or take your car if you prefer. There is a local bus stop, which is approx 12 minutes walk away, which takes you straight into Denia with an hourly service. There is a great restaurant "DuoDama" less than 10 minutes walk away and a bar 2 minutes walk away in the (Parque Denia). The sea is 20 minutes away on foot as is Helios beach and bar.

This villa has never been rented before as it has been the full time home of the owners Carole & Dave. They are returning to the UK for a couple of years with work commitments, hence leaving their beautiful home for holiday makers to enjoy.
