Casa Mimosa is a spacious and very private villa within it own large gardens. It is situated on the prestigious La Sella complex with its 5 star Marriott Hotel and golf course. The beautiful villa is accessed via a long private driveway and there is parking for several cars (all on the flat). There are steps around the villa and the steps by the pool and terraces have fold back gates which can be closed to stop young children accessing the stairs, but obviously small children still need to be monitored by an adult. There are numerous areas around this lovely traditional villa in which to sit and relax in private if you so wish, away from the pool area. One such area has an over head pergola in a quiet corner of the garden. The pool itself is a beautiful larger than average pool being 11m x 6 metres (an average pool is 8m x 4 metres). There is ample space around the pool for the all important sun lounger and 8 are provided, along with parasols in case you want to avoid the full sun. The pool area is very private and is not over looked due to the large mature trees around the garden, so is ideal for anyone who wishes to have complete privacy. Please note the pictures were taken early December and the pool enjoys full sun during the summer period. On the pool level there is a purpose built outdoor kitchen with charcoal BBQ and dining on the ornate concrete table and benches. The living accommodation is on 2 levels above the pool level.

On entering the front of the villa you arrive in a beautiful, spacious, light and airy lounge which is comfortably but stylishly furnished. There is a flat screen TV with satellite system showing UK channels such as BBC, ITV, channel 4 & 5 and free to view DVD player, CD, video and a selection of books and video to watch. The patio doors leading from the lounge open to an upper terrace where you have stunning views of the Montgo Mountain, and the sea of Denia beyond. The kitchen with dining area is very well equipped with full oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave (there is also a washing machine in the villa, but this is not located in the kitchen). There is ample storage and all the equipment you will need from kettle, toaster, coffee maker and plenty of pots and pans. Patio doors lead from the dining area to the upper terrace where you will find outdoor dining for 8 people along with a gas BBQ. The views from the terrace are stunning looking towards the sea. This terrace is above the pool area so also gives a good view of the pool.

The spacious Master bedroom with en suite bathroom has a king size bed and the room is very light and airy, there are patio doors leading to a small private terrace (this is also where the washing machine is located). The bedroom has ample storage and air con installed. The en-suite has a jacuzzi bath and over head shower with ample storage for toiletries in the vanity unit, the bathroom is light and airey. On this level of the house you will also find a twin bedroom which over looks the pool area, it has ample storage and air con is also installed. The family shower room is across the hall and it is modern and light, with free standing shower cubicle. Stairs lead from the lounge area to the lower level, this is also very spacious with its own lounge / dining area, large twin bedroom with its own en suite shower room, with large walk in shower. It is modern and light and again there is air con installed in this bedroom and en suite. There are patio doors leading from the bedroom and a further table and chairs which is ideal if you want the shade as it is a covered terrace. On this level you will find a further spacious twin bedroom, with ample wardrobe space and ceiling fan (no air con). There is also a further bathroom with bath and over head shower on this level.

This villa is ideal for 2 families who wish to holiday together, but like a little privacy. The downstairs bedroom and lounge area are perfect for Grandma & Grandad, somewhere to escape at the end of the day for a little time for yourselves. There is also a fourth bathroom on this level, which is closer to the pool if needed while lounging around the pool area. The villa is exceptionally spacious, it is in fact a 5 bedroom villa, but 1 of the bedrooms will be locked as this will house the owners personal belongings and therefore will not be accessed by Guests.

This beautiful villa is in a peaceful location, it is just a short walk to a small supermarket, pharmacy, horse riding stables, tennis courts and also a bar and restaurant. The cosmopolitan town of Denia is just a 10 minutes drive away and Javea is just 15 minutes by car, making this a perfect location for a relaxing holiday in a spacious villa.

As the owners and their family use the villa themselves, the villa is only available for rent from the 11th June to first Saturday in September. A discount will be offered is only 3 bedrooms are required (the twin room downstairs will be locked with no access).
