It truly is a beautiful and unique place to stay. When you arrive in the beautiful reception to check in, you will get the feeling that you are checking into a luxury 5 star hotel. The whole complex has been built and designed by its owners and every details has been carefully and meticulously considered by John and Carmen (who you will often see around the complex) keeping a very careful eye on the place. The whole decor and atmosphere of the complex is that of a stylish and luxury hotel but where you can enjoy the privacy of your own apartment. The furniture has been carefully chosen to offer comfort but with style and an opulence found in beautiful luxury 5 star accommodation.

There are 40 apartments in the complex to be rented, some are 2 bedroom and some are 1 bedroom apartments. Everything has been built to the highest specification. Including sound proofing between floors and apartments. All equipment installed is of the highest quality such as Bosch and Mitsubishi etc. You can not help but be impressed when you walk into your apartment and find a fully equipped kitchen including full oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, large fridge freezer and microwave. The bathrooms again have also been finished to a very high standard with walk in shower cubicles, vanity units beautiful tiles, light fittings and fixtures. The open plan lounge / diners are furnished with style, elegance and opulence but are also comfortable. A place you can unwind and relax and just enjoy your holiday.

All the apartments have flat screen TVs with English TV channels, DVD & CD players. The bedrooms again are furnished beautifully and have ample storage space. All the apartments have full air conditioning units so you are sure to have a good nights sleep. These units also produce heat in the winter period so this is a great place for some winter sunshine. The apartments all have some outside space, some larger than others depending on where the apartment is in the complex and some may have sea views (can not be guaranteed), but if you do not have a sea view you will be sure to have a pool view. Some are ground floor some are first floor apartments.All terrace / balconies have outside dining furniture so you can sit, relax and enjoy al fresco dining outside your own apartment if you so wish. The pool area is in the centre of the complex and is a beautiful area, the pool itself has a wonderful water fall from the upper pool level to the lower pool level. There are seating and loungers around the pool so you can relax while enjoying the sunshine. The pool area is south facing so is perfect for winter sunshine too, if you fancy a winter break. There is also a pool side bar in the summer period also serving snacks. Coming soon there will also be a spa where you can have treatments from qualified beauticians and an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi (extra charge). The beautiful restaurant with outside terraces is a great hit with Guests as you will not have to venture from the complex to enjoy some wonderful cuisine if you choose not to cook yourself. There is a daily reception but there is someone on call 24 hours a day in case of emergencies.

Each apartment has underground parking space (6 euros per day high season) and there is a lift to the apartments for easy access with luggage and shopping. As the complex has everything you could need from a holiday, if you choose to relax and simply enjoy your surroundings without venturing out. A taxi can be organised “from and to” the airport and to the local supermarket for supplies. Although to get the best from this wonderful area a car is required, which we can organise for you. The beautiful cosmopolitan coastal town of Moraira is just 10 km away and also Calpe is easily accessible along the coastal road. Within a short drive you can be at the local supermarket, bars & restaurants, the beach of La Fustera is also short drive away (couple of minutes by car). There are many wonderful places to visit in this beautiful area and you would not be bored. Absolutely everything has been carefully taken into consideration. This apartment complex offers a wonderful place to stay and once you have experienced this level of luxury and relaxation you will not want to leave.
