Villa Calmia - This beautiful, modern. light and spacious villa is situated in Villes del Vents, just 5 minutes drive from the cosmopolitan spanish coast resort of Javea. With its selection of beaches, coves, restaurants and bars. Javea is always a hit with families and this villa is perfect for a family holiday. The villa itself sits within a large lawn garden (back and front), is fully enclosed and has swings for the children in the back garden. The garden is well maintained and a garden attends to the lawns on a regular basis. The pool is situated at the front of the villa, the pool has roman steps for easy access, it is in always in perfect condition and is a great hit with kids and adults alike. There are 6 sun loungers provided for your enjoyment with parasol. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool. The pool light and garden lights are on a timer so are on in the evening so you can sit and enjoy the warm summer evenings al fresco style. The garden is fully enclosed and quite private. The views from the villa are beautiful and the area is peaceful and quiet.

The house itself is large, modern, light and airy with large picture windows letting in lots of light. The furniture is tasteful, modern and stylish but comfortable too. The lounge is a large room with high ceilings with beams and lots of windows. Patio doors from the lounge lead to the front seating area over looking the pool, where there is an outdoor sofa for you to relax during the day or simply unwind at the end of a hard day by the pool with a drink and watch the sun go down. At the other end of the lounge you will find a beautiful dining table and again there are patio doors leading to the covered terrace with the alfresco dining table and BBQ. The lounge has a flat screen TV, with some UK channels and dvd player with a selection of dvd's for you to enjoy. The lounge also benefits from air con too. The kitchen is spacious and has all you would need for your holiday, including full oven, hob, extractor fan, large fridge freezer, microwave, breakfast table and there is a utility room off the kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. From the kitchen you can access the outside terrace with the dining table, perfect for a BBQ and a BBQ is provided. At the entrance to the villa there is a long hallway and off this you will find a modern downstairs wc.

There is a large master bedroom on the ground floor with its own en suite shower room with double vanity unit and patio doors leading to the front of the house and the sofa area. The bedroom has 2 single beds put together to make a large super king 6 ft bed or can be dressed as singles if required (pleased request). The furniture is modern and comfortable and there is ample storage space, again the room benefits from air conditioning. From the hall the attractive staircase leads to the first floor. Here you will find a further master bedroom with large windows overlooking the front of the villa and the pool area. This room has a double bed, it is a spacious room with its own en suite shower room.

There is ample storage and the furniture is modern and sophisticated, again air conditioning has been installed to allow for a good nights sleep. There is a further twin room and a single room across the landing both are a good size and are light with large windows overlooking the back garden of the villa, again both with wardrobes and air conditioning. The family bathroom on this level serves the twin and the single room and it is modern and stylish with jacuzzi bath and over head shower and ample storage for toiletries. This villa is a perfect place for a family to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
